Non-smoking: In our apartments and rooms smoking is not permitted, you can smoke at the balcony.

Pets: On your vacation you do not have to leave your pet at home. We charge € 8 - per day without food.

Elevator: The elevator comfortably takes you to all the apartments and rooms.

Parking spaces: Directly at the hotel, free parking spaces are available.

Preferred room: We are happy to receive your choice of room but we can not guarantee fixed room numbers.

Booking: We require your booking request in written form (e-mail, fax, letter). Verbal or telephone agreements are not considered as fixed reservations. To fix the reservation we ask for an advance payment. Should we not receive it until payment date, your booking is invalid. We recommend purchasing a travel cancellation or travel interruption insurance. When you don’t have a travel insurance or you booked without prepayment, the cancellation conditions from the general hotel contract conditions apply.

Apartments: Towels, dishtowels and bed linen are at hand. Linen change according to bulletin board. Feel free to use the bread service. The apartment price is per day plus additional charges, if more people arrive than agreed upon the package price will be recalculated.

Check-in: The rooms and apartments are available from 3 pm.
If you arrive after 7 pm we ask for a short notice.

Check-out: We kindly ask that you leave your room by 10 am.

Payment: You can pay your hotel bill (minus the advance payment) either in cash, by online transfer (in advance) or by EC bank card. (Please talk to your bank about your daily debit frame.) We don't accept credit cards.

General notes: The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply. Jurisdiction is Landeck. Place of performance is where the lodging establishment is situated.

For unconsumed dinner we discount € 8.-. If it is not possible to have breakfast in our hotel, you get a lunch box. No transfer in cash possible. Our apartment guests can also join our breakfast buffet, therefore we charge in winter: € 12, in summer: € 10 per person per day. For children 2-11 years: € 8.-

With announcement of the new price list all our previous prices lose validity!
