• A cancellation is only valid in written form. 

The following cancellation conditions are valid for reservations as far as you book ONLINE via our homepage or the website Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis or directy booking via E-Mail

Apartments 

• Up to 3 months we charge a processing fee of € 100.-.
• Within 3 months up to 30 days before the day of arrival, we charge 45% of the arrangement price.
• 30 days up to 0 days before the day of arrival, we charge 100% of the total price without final cleaning.

Rooms with breakfast or halfboard 

• Up to 3 months we charge a processing fee of € 100.-.
• Within 3 months up to 30 days before the day of arrival, we charge 45% of the arrangement price.
• 30 days up to 0 days before the start of the holiday, we charge 90% of the total price for room incl. breakfast or half board.
  
  
• Travel insurance
  We recommend a travel insurance, to be insured against illness-related absences, detailed information you will find in your confirmation mail.
  
  
• The cancellation is free of charge at any time:
  if border closures
  if official closure of cable cars, service businesses and accommodation facilities
